Marat Musayelyan Was Appointed Head Of President Administration

NKR President Bako Sahakyan accepted the resignation of the
government. According to a decree signed today by the president,
the members of the government will perform their duties until the
appointment of the new cabinet.

The president also released Karen Baburyan, secretary of the NKR
Security Council, head of the president administration, of the duties
of head of the president administration. Marat Musayelyan was appointed
head of the president administration.

Marat Musayelyan has occupied responsible posts in the Young Communists
organizations of Nagorno-Karabakh, including the post of the first
secretary of the regional committee of the Young Communists.

In 1992 he got Ph.D. at the Academy of Public Administration of
Russia. From 1992 to 1995 he served in the Ministry of Defense of
Armenia. From 1995 to 2007 he served at the National Security Service
of Armenia.
