/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov
says talks on the Nagorno Karabakh Karabakh conflict settlement "have
reached a deadlock". A. Azimov made this statement on Friday after OSCE
Minsk Group American Co-Chair Matthew Bryza had a three-hour meeting
with Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov. According to Deputy
FM A. Azimov, the cause of this is the stance of Armenians, "who are
avoiding concrete things in the last moment". "The way out from this
situation is the step-by-step settlement of the conflict. However,
the Armenian side sabotages it," he underscored, Day.az reports.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
