IRANIAN FM DISCUSSES ECONOMIC PROJECTS IN YEREVAN

Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki and Armenian President
Robert Kocharyan stressed their countries’ determination to develop
bilateral cooperation on various issues, the Armenian president’s press
service told Itar-Tass. The Armenian-Iranian political cooperation
has been reflected in the economic sphere.

The Iranian foreign minister arrived in Yerevan for several days to
attend the 7th meeting of the Armenian-Iranian Inter-Governmental
Commission for Economic Cooperation.

The commission discussed several economic programs, including projects
in energy and transport.
