THE TERRITORIES MUST BE RESETTLED AND NOT RETURNED

Why did they start talking about the territories now? Who has the
right to talk about these territories? Did we liberate them in
vain? An 80-year-old man from the village of Chartar, Martuni said
in a talk with KarabakhOpen.com. An elderly man joined, who added:
"The territories must be settled and not returned. Why, people should
be given a chance to work this land. Instead, they impose taxes that
people cannot even work their land."
