Karabakh Telecom and Ralf Yirikian, CEO, implement a number of charity
programs in Artsakh.

On June 2 a playground at 2 Amiryan Street, Shushi, built by Karabakh
Telecom was dedicated, the Azat Artsakh reported. On the same day,
a similar playground was opened in Martakert. Several days ago the
children of Kashatagh and Askeran got playgrounds. In Stepanakert
one playground was opened, five are under construction.

"Dear friends, I’m also a child of war. The war started in Lebanon
20 years ago. I know how a child feels, who grew up in wartime. It
needs a lot of things. I also know how difficult it is for their
parents. Thanks God we overcame the difficulty and now we should be
optimistic about the future.

I also want to say that all that Karabakh Telecom does is its duty. I
promise that similar playgrounds will be built in Martakert and the
other regions," said Ralf Yirikian, CEO Karabakh Telecom.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
