Patriarch of Turkish Armenians, Mesrob Mutafyan says that the current
government understands the demands of Armenians and they will support
AKP in national elections which will be held on 22 July 2007. He
also asserted that AKP demonstrated a more tolerant attitude towards
religious minorities than the opposition CHP.
