IRANIAN AND ARMENIAN UNIVERSITIES SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT

YEREVAN, JUNE 2, ARMENPRESS: The Firdusi University in Iran’s City of
Mash’had and the Yerevan Linguistic University after Bryusov signed
a cooperation agreement, when the Armenian rector, Suren Zolian,
was visiting Iran on May 24-28.

The document co-signed by Mash’had University rector A. Ashuri,
envisages a three-year cooperation and may be extended if the parties
would like it. The cooperation envisages exchange of students,
professors, advanced language courses and so on.

Mash’had University is one of the biggest universities in Iran. It
has eight departments and over 12,000 students. It also publishes four
magazines on literature, humanities, Muslim theology and agriculture
and architecture.
