President, Reps of NA majority discuss further work of gov’t

ARMENIAN PRESIDENT, REPS OF PARLIAMENTARY MAJORITY DISCUSS FURTHER
WORK OF GOVERNMENT

YEREVAN. March 26. /ARKA/. Armenian President Robert Kocharian met
with representatives of political forces, the parliamentary majority.
The press service of the Armenian president reported that they
discussed issues related to the Government’s activity after the
unexpected decease of Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan.
They also pointed to the importance to ensure regular and
uninterrupted work of the executive power. Kocharian reported that he
will take all necessary measures to form a new government according
to the Constitution.
Armenian Prime Minister, Chairman of the Republican Party Andranik
Margaryan died from heart attack at the age of 56 on Sunday morning.
Margaryan has led the Government since 2000. R.O. -0–
