ARTHUR BAGHDASARYAN: THE FUTURE OF CAUCASUS DEPENDS ON ELECTIONS IN ARMENIA

Leader of the "Orinats Yerkir" (Rule of Law) Party Arthur Baghdasaryan
declared that "the future of not only the Armenian democracy but also
the Caucasian region as a whole depends on how we shall conduct the
parliamentary and presidential elections." Arthur Baghdasaryan wrote
this in the "Future Armenia" article published in The Washington
Times today.
Mr. Baghdasaryan declared that recently he visited Washington with "a
clear message and some ideas that can bring stability and well-being
to Armenia and the whole South Caucasian region."
