Armenia has very good relations with Russia – Kocharian

PARIS, February 23 (Itar-Tass) — Armenia has very good relations
with Russia in many spheres, President Robert Kocharian said in an
interview with the France 24 television channel.
`We have no problems with Russia, probably, because we do not create
any artificial obstacles for political considerations,’ he said.
`I do not think it would be wise to restrict the access of Russian
capitals to Armenia. On the contrary, we welcome all types of
investments. No one has ever said that only Russian companies can get
an access to a particular sphere: our economy is open to all,’ he
said.
