`Converse Bank’ declared that from now the Argentinean businessman
Eduardo Ernekian owns the bank

Yerevan, February 1 /Mediamax/. `Converse Bank’ declared today that
from now on its owner is the well-known Argentinean businessman of
Armenian origin Eduardo Ernekian.

As Mediamax was told in `Converse Bank’ today, Eduardo Ernekian
stated that the bank will continue its activities in regular regime
and will be improving the quality of its services.

According to Ernekian, “Converse Bank’ is known as a reliable and
developed bank, which corresponds to the international standards, and
it will not be difficult to make it the best bank of Armenia, as it
has already been announced the best Armenian banks by a number of
prominent international organizations’.

Mediamax notes that the structures, belonging to Eduardo Ernekian,
manage the Yerevan International `Zvartnots’ Airport, as well as make
investments to the agricultural projects in Armenia.
