NEW BATCH OF AIR FUEL ALREADY BROUGHT TO ARMENIA

YEREVAN, JULY 17, NOYAN TAPAN. The new batch of air fuel, 2.5 thousand
tons, has been already brought to Armenia and will reach Zvartnots
airport in one day. NT correspondent was informed about it from the
airport Press Service. It is planned that the other batches will be
brought in the coming days.

To recap, due to lack of fuel some flights were not carried out in
Zvartnots in the recent days and planes of some flights were refuelled
at reserve airports. Airport Director Juan Pablo Gechijian said one
of these days that until the airport storehouse is provided with
7-8 thousand tons of fuel, the fuel problem cannot be considered as
solved. By the way, Zvartnots has signed an agreement on importing
13 thousand tons of fuel with its only supplier of fuel, Mika Armenia
Limited.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
