LEVON CHAKHMAKHCHYAN HOSPITALIZED

RF Supreme Court postponed today the case of existence of criminal
components in the activity of Levon Chakhmakhchyan, former Senator
from Kalmikia.

ITAR-TASS informs that the court hearing will take place on June 22. It
was delayed because Chakhmakhchyan is currently in hospital. Senator’s
attorney Boris Kuznetsov informed that he submitted an exceptional
mediation today, which was, however, rejected.

To remind, Chakhmakhchyan is charged with bribery.
