FOREIGNERS CAN OWN LAND IN KARABAKH

On May 31 the NKR parliament adopted amendments to the land
legislation. Hence, foreign nationals and persons without citizenship
who use land in Karabakh can own this land. Formerly, only the
nationals of NKR could own land in Karabakh.
