ARMENIA INCREASES DEFENSE SPENDING
The defense budget will increase by 12% to $106 million in 2005; the
spare of defense expenditure in the republican budget will reach 13%.
The government explains this decision by the aggravation of the
situation in Nagorny Karabakh.
