The National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia announced the attempts of external interference in the elections

The Foreign Intelligence Service of Armenia issued a statement regarding the pressures applied to RA citizens in other countries and interference in the expected electoral processes.

“The Foreign Intelligence Service receives intelligence information that acting on behalf of the special services of the given country in another country, various actors are trying to exert pressure on Armenians and persons who are citizens of the Republic of Armenia and are engaged in economic activities in the given country, pushing them to carry out actions to support certain political forces that have applied for participation in the upcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia, which include, but are not limited to, financial and organizational support actions by the said businessmen to these political forces,” it was said. in the statement.

Significant changes are expected in the field of social security

The Bureau of Auto Insurers of Armenia informs about the key changes implemented in the rules of the insurance system, which will come into force on April 1 of this year.

At the heart of the reforms is a significant increase in insurance amounts (maximum compensation limits), which aims to provide more comprehensive and adequate financial protection for people affected by traffic accidents.

What is changing?

According to the new regulations, the following new compensation thresholds have been established:

In terms of property damage. The limit per person has been increased from the existing 1,800,000 AMD to 2,500,000 AMD.

Personal injury (health and life): The limit per person has been increased from the existing 3,300,000 AMD to 3,500,000 AMD.

At the same time, maintaining the logic of the stability of the system, the limits of the total sums paid to all victims as a result of one accident were also increased, becoming 25,000,000 and 35,000,000 AMD, respectively.

Why is this important?

These changes are one of the phases of the continuous improvement of the APPA system. They will allow more complete reimbursement of the costs caused by accidents, reducing the additional financial burden of citizens and increasing confidence in the insurance system.

Gagik Tsarukyan revealed what slogan they will go to the elections with

Recently, during meetings, I am often asked what slogan we will go to the elections with.

I can say one thing for sure. It will not happen that we start thinking nice words, nice sentences in a closed room. The slogan should be natural, coming from people, from real life.

Every day I communicate with hundreds of people of all social classes, of different ages.

What do people want?

– That they live peacefully and safely in their country,
– That peace should not be in the air, on words, but be guaranteed
– That there be fair manners in the country,
– So that young people don’t think about leaving the country,

– That having a child should not be considered a burden, but a happiness, that having a home should not be a dream, but a problem to be solved,
– That the business is protected,
– That living in the village should be profitable and profitable,
– Let the one with knowledge and hard work go ahead, not the friend of this and that,

– That educated, honest people, those with knowledge and experience occupy a worthy place in the state administration system, not according to party affiliation,
– That there should be an atmosphere of internal solidarity in the country, not that everyone hates or envies everyone else,
– That people can plan their lives in their country for years, so that there is growth and development year after year,

– That our country has allies,
– For the Armenian to overcome today’s poverty,
– For the Armenian to become respected in the world, enjoying prestige, helping his relatives.

At first glance, these are simple, simple human desires. But it is from these simple desires that the public atmosphere is formed, which helps to have a positive thinking, creative society, it is this atmosphere that creates a strong, safe country. So, to choose a slogan, you just have to listen to people, and transcribed artificially cute words will not change anything. That slogan should be the general proposal of our society for the development and future of our country. It should summarize our collective offer to our country, the Offer to Armenia.

We will do so. We will create that slogan together and make it a reality together.

Azeri president Ilham Aliyev signed a “historic” law regarding Nakhichevan, Azerbaijani media reports.

According to reports, it is about the law “On Approving Amendments to the Constitution of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhichevan”.

Before the implementation of these changes, it was stated in the preamble of the “constitution” of Nakhichevan that “the foundations of the region’s autonomy were laid by international treaties: the Treaty of Moscow of March 16, 1921 and the Treaty of Kars of October 13, 1921.”

Those agreements confirmed that Nakhichevan is a part of Azerbaijan, and its territorial borders were specified.

In the new edition, it is emphasized that Nakhichevan is an “inseparable part” of Azerbaijan.

The RA embassy in Iran continues to work in emergency mode. With the support of the embassy, the second person with RA citizenship returned to Armenia on March 9.

On average, the RA Embassy in Iran receives about 20-25 calls every day, which mainly refer to the possibility of crossing the Armenia-Iran border. The border crossings from Iran to Armenia and from Armenia to Iran were carried out in a normal manner.
