Erhan Tuncel, informateur des services secrtes de la Gendarmerie
Turque qui a ete accuse mais acquitte d’avoir inciter au meurtre de
Hrant Dink a ete transfere dans le district de Bakirkoy a Istanbul,
la où les membres de la famille Dink resident.

Khosrov le frère de Hrant Dink a declare que cet evenement semble
etre un message pour lui de l’Etat cite par l’agence de presse NTV.

À son tour, Erhan Tuncel a donne une interview au quotidien Posta et
a accuse Yasin Hayal d’etre responsable du meurtre d’Hrant Dink.

Il a aussi affirme que sa grand-mère n’est pas armenienne, mais,
pendant la deportation de 1915 sa famille avait adopte la fille
armenienne de son voisin.

” Simplement, ma tante du côte de ma mère est armenienne ” a dit
Tuncel.

Erhan Tuncel a ete condamne a 10 ans et 6 mois de prison pour une
explosion dans un fast food McDonald.

Armenia,Iran Islamic Republic of : IRAN to invest $320 million to
construct power plant on border with ARMENIA

According to Armenia, Iran is to invest $320 million towards
construction of a power plant on a river marking their border.

On Thursday a groundbreaking ceremony for the Meghri hydroelectric
plant on the Aras river was organised which was attended by the
Armenian president.

The Armenian Energy Ministry stated that the construction would take
around five years,.

During the initial 15 years of its operation, Iran will be supplied
with all the electricity produced by the 130-megawatt plant, and later
it will be handed over to Armenia.

Third Batch of Armenian Humanitarian Aid Distributed in Aleppo

The Syrian Arab Red Crescent in Aleppo started distributing the aid
presented by the Armenian people to the Syrians in order to compensate
for damage and loss they suffered due to the crimes of the Armed
terrorist groups and the unjust economic sanctions imposed by western
and regional countries.

Secretary of Al-Ba’ath Arab Socialist Party branch in Aleppo, Hilal
Hilal, said that the Syrian people highly appreciate this humanitarian
stance of the Armenian people and government, underling the strong
Syrian-Armenian cooperation.

In turn, Aleppo Governor, Muhammad Wahid Aqqad, said that the Armenian
aid indicated the deep friendship and fraternity between the Syrian
and Armenian peoples, adding that the Syrian people will never forget
the support of friendly peoples in the face of terrorism and the armed
terrorist groups.

Director of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent in Aleppo, Ha’il Assi, said
that the distribution of the aid to the affected Syrian families and
those in need will be carried out in cooperation with the Armenian
Embassy and the Armenian Orthodox Archdiocese in Aleppo.

An Armenian cargo plane arrived at Aleppo International Airport on
Friday carrying the third batch of humanitarian aid presented by the
Armenian people to the Syrians.

TURKISH VOLUNTEERS READY TO HELP AZERIS TO LIBERATE KARABAKH

Turkish and Azerbaijani peoples cannot reconcile with the occupation
of Azerbaijani lands and demand the immediate withdrawal of the
occupied lands.
The Turkish society of fight against unfounded claims of Armenians
(headquartered in Igdir) initiates the organization of movement for
assistance to Azerbaijan in liberating the lands occupied by Armenia.
Tens of Turkish citizens have addressed the Igdir office of the
Azerbaijani general consulate in Kars with the request to register
them as volunteers in the fights for liberation of the occupied lands
of Azerbaijan in case hostilities resume, Turkish media report.
By doing so the Turkish community wants to demonstrate its readiness
to be always next to Azerbaijan to Armenia and help Azerbaijani
brothers in liberation of the occupied lands from Armenian occupiers.
The statement came from chairman of the Turkish society of the fight
against unfounded claims of Armenians Goksel Gulbey.
According to him, Turkish and Azerbaijani peoples cannot reconcile
with the occupation of Azerbaijani lands and demand the immediate
withdrawal of the occupied lands.
“We call on the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan not to tolerate our
patience. Let him now that if war starts in Karabakh, thousands of
Turks will come to the help of Azerbaijani brothers”, he said.

The third humanitarian aid plane landed yesterday in Aleppo, whereas
many Arabic media informed that the aid is only for Armenians living
in Aleppo. A high ranking official of MFA also stated that. We have
announced from the first day that the aid is not just for Armenians.
Yerkir.am tried to get some information concerning this issue from
Member of `Help your brother’ initiation, member of NA ARF fraction
Vahan Hovhannisyan.
`This is an artificial misunderstanding as the addressee of the aid is
specifically noted: Diocese of Berio of Aleppo and the Red crescent of
Syria. Meaning that they both receive the cargo, so what
discrimination are they talking about?’ said Vahan Hovhannisyan to our
reporter.
He noted once more that everyone saw clearly that the aid is given to
Syrian families also.
`We are perfectly aware that our aim is to help our compatriots in
Syria but we also understand that it is not just Armenians who need
help, but Syrians also, as many of them have some sort of connection
with Armenians, they are either relatively connected or are neighbors,
and so naturally we consider helping them too’, said Mr. Hovhannisyan.
He is sure that some political powers find it profitable to involve
Armenians in these civic collisions.
`It is profitable for some to involve Armenians in these civic
collisions, but Armenians maintain neutrality and do not get involved
in clashes. And because such experiments had failed, some try to add
tension between Armenians and Arabic circles on social level. They
failed in political level and so they try it on social one: `All food
and medication just for Armenians’. But this can affect on illiberal

Azerbaijan fires about 1,200 shots in NKR’s direction

The Azerbaijani army violated ceasefire regime at the line of contact
between Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces about 300 times in the
period from November 4 to 10, firing about 1,200 shots towards
Armenian defensive posts, NKR Defense Army’s press service reported.

NKR Defense Army’s forces, remaining committed to observing the
ceasefire regime, defended the military posts confidently along the
whole line of contact.

Safaryan to Bagratyan: At least you don’t speak: We remember your

The `Heritage’ Party Secretary Styopa Safaryan, during the meeting
with journalists a couple of days ago, said that `In presidential
elections Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s nomination will have more damages than
benefits’.
As to `Oratert’ newspaper the NA ANC Deputy Hrank Bagratyan didn’t
wish to comment Styopa Safaryan’s point, he said: `Who is Styopa
Safaryan to do some comment. How many times I can say. You are talking
about a person whom I even don’t know’.

Hrant Bagratyan, the RA citizen and young politician, the person who,

Iranian website: One of terrorists killed in Syria is Azerbaijani national

One of the terrorists killed in Syria is an Azerbaijani national,
Arannews.ir reported, citing Syria’s state television.

Dozens of terrorists were killed in clashes between Syrian government
forces and terrorists in Aleppo, one of which was an Azerbaijani
national and another was a Saudi Arabia national, said the report.

The Iranian website reports that after an investigation, the
Azerbaijani national was identified as Islamov, while the Saudi Arabia
national proved to be a member of Al-Qaeda.

Radio Liberty, citing Syria’s state-run news agency SANA, reported on
October 19 that Azerbaijani national Hasin Ghazli was killed in a
fighting between servicemen and armed terrorists in Aleppo.

A recent report in Arannews.ir said that Azerbaijan had given 500,000
euros financial assistance to Syrian terrorists by Turkey’s mediation.

Iran’s Fars news agency said that Turkish National Intelligence
Organization had transported 93 members of al-Qaeda and Taliban –
nationals of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan and
Uzbekistan – to Istanbul from Pakistan’s North Waziristan region on
September 10, 2012, via Turkish Airlines.

According to the Iranian website, al-Qaeda terrorists were moved from
Istanbul to Hatay province, near Turkey’s border with Syria, to train
ahead of Syria mission.

Azerbaijan’s presented military superiority to vanish in real war – expert

The exaggerated figures of the Azerbaijani military budget do not
speak of Azerbaijani superiority as in case of real technical war the
presented military superiority may vanish in a moment, military expert
Davit Jamalyan told the reporters on Friday.

He said Azerbaijan would have found a reason of resuming war long time
ago if the presented resources were enough for it.

`If they had a corresponding potential and had that superiority it
would not be difficult for them to find a reason for war and no one
could have kept them back. In case of real technical war they will
vanish speedily,’ he said, voicing conviction that the war will not
resume as there are no guarantees that they will win. He said
Azerbaijan needs more resources.

The expert also assessed Serzh Sargsyan’s statement that Azerbaijan is
waiting for occasion to start conflict as a diplomatic step as in this
way Azerbaijan’s aggressive position is being presented.
`It is obvious that Azerbaijan is getting prepared for a war, but it
does not start it as it is not ready for it,’ he said.
