Elite Porn Building

ELITE PORN BUILDING

Story from Lragir.am News:

Published: 11:35:24 – 17/07/2012

The sufferers of the elite housing building at the crossroad of Aram
and Abovyan streets once again outcry about their problem. These
people were evicted from their apartments for eminent domain. The
developer Avetis Karagulyan, a Syrian Armenian, has failed to finish
construction already lasting for years. Some former residents of the
demolished area are dissatisfied with the apartments they got and
sued the developer. The deceived citizens say thousands of Armenians
who worked and lived in their homeland for so many years are left
homeless by Avetis Karagulyan and other people like him.

Recently a certain U.S.-based Paul Anderson has revealed his “deeds”.

As founder of Vizcon Ltd, he got a building license for construction
on Buzand Street in the result of a series of illegal actions. Note
that Paul Anderson recently stated that he had bribed City Hall
officials, indirectly and directly, particularly mentioning ex-mayor
Yervand Zakharyan and Karen Davtyan. Paul Anderson’s partner was
Simon Aghazaryan who with Gagik Papoyan, head of Gapbnakshin Company,
currently detained, deceived the residents of the building at 72-82
Aram Street, selling the same apartment to several buyers and leaving
the real owner of the apartment homeless. The case involves several
high-ranking officials, namely Hovhannes Hovsepyan, the head of the
Control Service of the President’s Office.

It is not a secret why porn stars like Anderson, as he refers to
himself, are imported to Armenia, the deceived citizens write in
their letter. His illegalities are not limited to bribes. He evicted
the citizens by force leaving thousands of people homeless. Avetis
Karagulyan also used the experience of Anderson.

Paul Anderson left home, the United States, without building the
building for the evicted residents of Buzand Street. In the meantime,
the city hall is looking for a new company to build the buildings
at 13-21 Buzand Street. The courts of Armenia are trying to bring
the fugitive Anderson to Armenia as a witness to the case brought
against Simon Aghazaryan. Meanwhile, Anderson regularly writes letters
revealing the activities of the authorities and courts of Armenia. In
one of his letters earlier this year he wrote that he will return to
Armenia only when the judges, prosecutors, president and his staff
quit law and justice prostitution.

The residents of the building at the crossroad of Aram and Abovyan
streets say Avetis Karagulyan does not hide his connections with
different Armenian officials. Karagulyan posted on his Facebook wall
photos with ex-foreign minister Oskanian and defense minister Ohanyan.

“One of the main heroes, the president’s brother Levon Sargsyan who
considers himself as Avetis Karagulyan’s godfather is missing in his
photos,” the residents say.

Sedrak Baghdasaryan, the head of the NGO advocating the rights
of evicted citizens, says the contractors were selected without
transparent procurement procedures, most of them with the help of
the ex-mayor Yervand Zakharyan. Paul Anderson confirms that these
construction projects are means of money laundering, he says.

Similar cases have been reported in Kond and Firdusi residential areas.

President Attends Opening Of Belarusian Production Line Of Armenian

PRESIDENT ATTENDS OPENING OF BELARUSIAN PRODUCTION LINE OF ARMENIAN BRANDY.

TVR

July 16 2012
Belarus

The material for the elite drink, of course, will continue to come
from Armenia, but it will be poured in the Belarusian capital by the
joint venture. Naturally, this will affect the price while maintaining
the quality.

Sergei Gusachenko reports: One of the most famous sommeliers of
Belarus has a passion for good brandy and can tell a good brandy from
a mediocre brandy within seconds.

The first line for bottling Armenian brandy in Belarus was created
in cooperation with the Yerevan Ararat Brandy-Wine-Vodka Factory. The
company has a 135-year history and the unique past.

Businessman Nikolai Shustov, who bought the plant in the late 19th
century, intentionally hired young men of aristocratic appearance,
who went to expensive restaurants and demanded to give them Armenian
brandy. If there was no brandy, a huge scandal followed. The sales
of the factory grew quickly. However, today marketing is based on
more equitable factors.

Armenian brandy was not made in Belarus until this day – the products
were shipped from Yerevan. Geographical distance was naturally
expressed in the price.

President of Belarus proposed to produce brandy in Minsk two years ago,
while visiting Armenia and the Ararat factory – one of the leading
exporters of brandy, which supplies its products to 80 countries.

Due to the personal agreement of the Head of State with the owner of
the plant in Yerevan Gagik Tsarukyan a joint venture was created.

Naturally, Alexander Lukashenko couldn’t ignore its opening.

President was demonstrated the production technology in detail. The
symbolic opening of the line was held with the participation of the
President of Belarus.

Brandy is aged in casks from the Caucasian oak, blended and bottled
in the factory. Only then it is delivered to Minsk, where it is kept
for 10 days in special containers.

The first bottle from the new line was presented to the Head of State.

Alexander Lukashenko gave it to the co-founder as gratitude for the
implementation of the long-term project.

While meeting with business circles of Armenia, the President
repeatedly stated the possibility of a more active dialogue of the
business communities of both countries. A year ago the Belarusian
trading house was opened in Yerevan, and now a large-scale factory for
bottling Armenian brandy is opened in the Belarusian capital. Both
projects are very promising – and, according to the President, they
to prove the need to expand investment cooperation in other areas
of business.

Dozens Of Organizations Unite Around The Mission To Clean Armenia Fr

DOZENS OF ORGANIZATIONS UNITE AROUND THE MISSION TO CLEAN ARMENIA FROM GARBAGE: LET~RS DO IT

17:31 . 16/07

Armenia without garbage. The Armenia based members of the movement
Let~Rs Do It movement want to see Armenia such on September 15.

Cleaning territories of household waste was organized in 100 countries
at the initiative of the movement.

Estonia, for example, 50,000 activists cleaned 10,000 tons of garbage
in five hours in 2008. This time, already Let~Rs Do It intends to
unite all forces to clean the garbage in Armenia during one day and
to sort it.

Dozens of ecological, non-governmental, trade organizations have
joined the initiative but all those who wish may take part in the
cleaning works.

The members of the movement have also addressed an application to the
republic~Rs president and PM. Let~Rs Do It expects the government to
assist financially. About 30 mln USD is needed to buy corresponding
instruments, to transport the garbage, and to sort it.

Schoolchildren will also participate in the cleaning work, as the
project is also educational. ~SThe atmosphere is dirty everywhere,
and none does anything for it. Perhaps, dustbins are placed in some
places, but the issue cannot be settled only by placing them, that is,
a culture should be formulated, control should be exercised. We are
trying to address the first part.

We can see that wish in children-to live a clean Armenia, the wish
to see the environment clean, and proceeding from that we hope that
starting with schoolchildren, children, students we can make changes
in our country, in our society,~T President of Association of Young
Biologists NGO, the head of Let~Rs Do It! Armenia movement Arsen
Gasparyan said.

Who Will Deblock Armenia Sooner?

WHO WILL DEBLOCK ARMENIA SOONER?
Naira Hayrumyan

Story from Lragir.am News:

Published: 13:43:36 – 16/07/2012

A big project is being worked out in the region though there is more
than one project, and this time Armenia is a key factor.

At the time of the visit of the foreign minister of Georgia Grigol
Vashadze to Armenia he held an interview on the reconstruction of
the railway connecting Armenia to Russia through Georgia and Abkhazia.

The Georgian minister made it clear that his country may agree with
this only if Russia recognizes Abkhazia as a disputable area. In an
interview with the Echo of Moscow, he noted that Armenia does not need
the railway, Russia needs it to supply its military base situated in
Gyumri. Georgia does not need it at all.

Apparently, Russia has decided to promote the project of the regional
railway. So, in order to convince Vashadze Moscow asked Yerevan to
invite him to Armenia. Armenia has already convinced Georgia to open
Upper Lars to have land communication with Russia.

Nothing is known about the results of the talks in Yerevan but this
means that Armenia failed to convince Georgia or didn’t want.

It is noteworthy that on the same days the information came that
if railway communication between Armenia and Turkey is restored,
the Armenians may use Trabzon port for shipments. The project of
reconstruction of Kars-Gyumri railway is lobbied by the United States.

Actually, the U.S. and Russia are competing to decide who will end
the railway blockade of Armenia. It is clear that it is not done
for Armenia but to control shipments in the region. The fight for
the railway will be tough and Armenia had better calculate all the
advantages and disadvantages.

Iran’s activeness is also interesting. The minister of ecology of
Iran is planning a visit to Armenia to meet the expert group to study
the situation in Syunik region. The Armenian-Iranian railway will run
across this region if it is built. Perhaps, the Iranian specialists
did not believe the Armenian estimates and considered them exaggerated,
so they decided to study everything on the spot.

Anyway, it is evident that by autumn Armenia will have to choose
the method of deblocking. Armenia is already under pressure, also
because of the gas price but Yerevan most probably understands that
this fight is not for the Armenians but the geopolitical giants need
Armenia to be on their side of the barricade. Yerevan needs to use
this valuable potential not only to break through the blockade but
to restore its sovereignty reducing its dependence on the others.

Celebrity Armenian Bear Relocated, LA Officials Say

CELEBRITY ARMENIAN BEAR RELOCATED, LA OFFICIALS SAY

PanARMENIAN.Net
July 16, 2012 – 12:54 AMT

PanARMENIAN.Net – A celebrity black bear who frequented the trash cans
of Los Angeles suburbs in search of food has been tranquilized and
relocated, officials said, ending the debate over whether he should
be euthanized or allowed to roam the streets, according to ABC News.

The Glendale population, home to one of the largest Armenian
communities, has affectionately named the bear Glen Berian, as the
Armenian surnames end in “ian.”

The California Fish and Game Department tweeted that Glen Bearian is
“safe and sound asleep in a DFG truck, on his way back to forest.”

Glen Bearian was spotted at least a half dozen times last week alone,
most recently on Sunday morning, according to The Los Angeles Times.

He had been shipped at least 25 miles into the Angeles National Forest,
but managed to make it back to town, which the California Fish and
Game Department spokesman Andrew Hughan called an “Olympic feat.”

Sarah Aujero, 29, started a Twitter handle for Glen Bearian, and
has been using it to send virtual bear hugs to his fans and announce
when he poops in pools (“I dont skinny dip, I chunky dunk”). But the
handle is also being used to encourage people to recycle their trash
and stop taking pictures of the beloved animal.

The California Fish and Game Department says it’s illegal to feed
wildlife, “especially @theglendalebear no matter how cute they are.”

Kim Kardashian announced on “Khloe & Lamar” in April that she wants
to run for mayor of Glendale. The half-Armenian plans to work her
heritage to her advantage. But now, Kim might have some competition
that is also playing the minority card. Glen Bearian announced on
Twitter that he may run for Glendale mayor as well.

Une Enquete A Ete Ouverte Sur L’explosion Des Ballons Lors Du Rassem

UNE ENQUETE A ETE OUVERTE SUR L’EXPLOSION DES BALLONS LORS DU RASSEMBLEMENT POLITIQUE DU HHK
Laetitia

armenews.com
lundi 16 juillet 2012

Plus de deux mois après l’explosion de milliers de ballons lors
d’un rassemblement politique organise par le Parti Republicain(HHK),
aucune personne n’a ete arretee.

Avagian
a egalement nie toute responsabilite dans cet incident. ” Jusqu’a
