Hackers vandalized Armenian Football Federation (FFA) home page,
that was shut down since yesterday. Hackers identified themselves as
Iraquis, considering they are "the best" in the world.

"Defacements of FFA website happen once in a while," FFA Press
Secretary Georgy Matevosyan told NEWS.am. "Last time it was cracked
in July, when the pages contained French encryptions. We have already
upgraded the website and it’s currently available."

Iraqi hackers previously broke into the BTA bank website, that is

This cunning Novruz

This cunning Novruz:

ArmInfo. The status of Karabakh must be determined within the frames of
the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, Head of International
Relations Department of the President’s Administration, Novruz Mamedov
said in an interview with Turan.

Mamedov said.

The first response of any clear-headed man to this reasoning is a
question: what will the Armenia party in negotiations get in case his
plans are fulfilled. Moreover, a winner-party and not just a party in
negotiations. A winner in the war launched due the Azerbaijan’s
aggression? Does Novruz think that the winner-warriors, who protected
the peaceful population of Karabakh with lethal force and shed their
blood, will give the lands of their forefathers without ado?

status of Karabakh can be developed only in the frames of Azerbaijan’s
territorial integrity. It can take up to 10 years>, Mamedov said. He
said it is early to speak about the exact time now, because it is not
known how the processes will develop. The return of only seven regions
around Karabakh will cause the return of 760,000 people>.

Apparently, there is no limit to the cunning of Novruz, as the number
of "60,000" Azerbaijanis in Karabakh in 1991 is unclear, if take into
account that their number there was no more than 20,000 as a result of
the population census in 1988. Apparently, the next step of Mr. Mamedov
in this connection will be the requirement to enter the names of the
Azerbaijani women, living in Karabakh in 1991, in the Guinness Book of
World Records in view of their no mean abilities in multiplying the
Azerbaijani people. The point is that it is a heroic deed even for them
to multiply three-fold during three years. , Novruz said and added that
it will be determined at the last stage, so nothing can be said now.

Apparently, Mr. Mamedov has to clean his memory, clouded with vapours
of and remember that the Constitution of Azerbaijan doe not stipulate
any status of any territory the frames of the territorial integrity> of
Azerbaijan.

Khachatryan, Ýbrahim Betil, Lale Mansur, Nebahat Akkoc, Omer Madra,

Repressions Against Eurovision Votes

REPRESSIONS AGAINST EUROVISION VOTES

News.com
12:48 / 08/14/2009

According to the official data, 43 Azerbaijani citizens voted
for Arshakyan sisters (Armenian contestants), Azerbaijani Radio
Liberty reports.
One of the voters Rovshan Nasirli was summoned to MNS regional
department. According to him, the officers had a list of those voted
for Armenian contestants with their addresses and phone numbers. "I
was summoned to MNS and urged to write an explanatory note why I
voted for Armenia at Eurovision-2009. They said it is important for
state security. I was psychologically pressurized and insulted:
"Don’t you have nationality? Why did you vote for Armenia?" they
asked and I answered: "If Azerbaijani MPs go to Armenia why then
common citizens cannot vote for favorite song?" Rovshan said.

He said that voted for Armenians protesting against Arash’s
participation as Azerbaijani contestant. He considers that Armenian
song is stylistically better and closer to Azerbaijani ear than
Arash’s song. "But I could not even imagine that it meets MNS’s ear,"
he is surprised.

There is no ground to be astonished, as Azerbaijan fulfills the points
of Moscow Declaration signed by Ilham Aliyev on activities for trust
regain among Azerbaijani and Armenian people. However the situation
in Armenia is different. One can still hear Azerbaijani contestant’s
song in Yerevan streets. Is it right to let a mentally ill neighbor in.

Replacement Of Matthew Bryza By Tina S. Kaidanow Displays Determinat

REPLACEMENT OF MATTHEW BRYZA BY TINA S. KAIDANOW DISPLAYS DETERMINATION OF U.S. TO KNUCKLE DOWN TO KARABAKH PROBLEM

/PanARMENIAN.Net/
12.08.2009 16:22 GMT+04:00

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Decision of the U.S. administration to replace
Deputy Assistant to the Secretary of State Matthew Bryza by the former
U.S. Ambassador to Kosovo Tina S. Kaidanow, the author of Kosovo’s
plan of independence, displays a firm determination of the U.S. to
address the Nagorno-Karabakh problem. This opinion was expressed by
Vladimir Zakharov , Deputy Director of Center of Caucasian Studies
at Moscow State Institute for International Relations in an interview
with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

"Replacement of the co-chairmen prompts of possible complications
in the OSCE Minsk Group, pressure on the conflict parties is also
expected," he said.

According to him, the fact that the Karabakh side is not involved in
the conflict settlement is big drawback. "I have repeatedly said that
Karabakh should be immediately involved in the negotiation process,"
Vladimir Zakharov said.

The recent aggressive statements by official Baku that Azerbaijan will
force Armenia to peace prompts that Baku enjoys support from the West,
perhaps this explains the recent decision of the United States.

"Regrouping of forces means that the U.S. intends to address the issue,
the Russian expert stressed, adding that the panic in Azerbaijan is
natural, since Mr. Bryza has already been "proven" man, and now they
do not know what to expect.

Mr. Zakharov also said that appointment of former U.S. Ambassador to
Kosovo, Tina S. Kaidanow to the position of OSCE Minsk Group co-chair
of is possible.

OSCE Minsk Group co-chair Matthew Bryza declared on August 10 in
Tbilisi, that U.S. diplomat Tina S. Kaidanow, will assume the office of
Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs,
replacing the incumbent Matthew Bryza.

Successor of Bryza, Tina S. Kaidanow has worked for
U.S. diplomatic mission in Kosovo for two years and as
Deputy Chief of U.S. mission in Sarajevo for three years.

On August 7, answering reporters and students’ questions, the
Minsk group American co-chair Mathew Bryza made several important
statements. In particular, in answer to the question, which is the
reason why the U.S. recognized the Kosovo independence and not that of
Nagorno-Karabakh, Bryza stated that they are different issues. Serbia
assaulted Kosovo that is why the UN Security Council had to recognize
the Kosovo independence. Kosovo conquered its independence through
struggle.

Bryza seems not to know that just like Serbia, Azerbaijan assaulted
Karabakh too, and the Karabakhi people conquered their independence
through struggle. However, in one case, it is recognized, in the
other case it is not. At the same time, Bryza dwelt on a referendum,
saying that after the return of the Azerbaijani refugees, there
should be held a referendum in accordance with the latest USSR census,
according to which 65 percent of the Karabakhi population is Armenian,
the 22 Azeri. He stated that 10 years ago, the Armenian position was
stronger than now and Armenia cannot force any solution to Azerbaijan.

At first instance, Bryza’s thoughts may seem absurd, especially
the Armenian social-political thought, which has particular ideas,
may complain from the "unjust world", the "double standards",
etc. Bryza’s thoughts must create serious grounds to think if the
Armenian leadership has wish and ability to think.

The point is that Bryza’s word is the key, which leads to the
pro-Armenian settlement, which we have in our mind. When he dwells on
the independence conquered through struggle and about a period of 10
years ago, he means that 10 years ago, Nagorno-Karabakh was showing
signs of independence, it was a side of the negotiations and was
leading more or less foreign policy. When Karabakh ceded its rights
to Armenia, it showed that it does not need independence.

Under such conditions, the world cannot recognize the Nagorno-Karabakh
independence. As to Kosovo, it did not have any power to depend on,
fortunately for it, which was ready to cede anything, it did not have
offices of Hay Dat and lobbying.

Though sorrowful it is for us, the world is too just and true.

Otherwise, it would stop existing.
