What Weapon Culture Could Shepherds Possibly Have?

WHAT WEAPON CULTURE COULD SHEPHERDS POSSIBLY HAVE?

16:27 – 04.04.2013

“The Republicans are not the Revolutionary Federation to know the
culture of weapons. What connection could the Republicans possibly
have with the murder? Circulation of such announcements is nonsense”,
said the head of the Republican party fraction Galust Sahakyan during
his interview with “Azatutyun”, when talking about the assassination
of Hrach Mouradyan, the rural head of Proshyan village and added that
the members of his party “use a weapon only against national enemies,
but never against allies”.

Member of ARF fraction and member of ARF Bureau Vahan Hovhannisyan
noted during his interview with yerkir.am that such “notion gems”
by Galust Sahakyan has not come as a surprise to him, as they do not
have culture of weapon, indeed, and then announced:

“They do not have any culture at all and another member of Galust
Sahakyan’s party, Kovalenko Shahgaldyan’s recent announcements come to
prove this. The only culture they have is treasure theft. What weapon
culture could shepherds possibly have? Weapon sulture has nothing
to do with murder, only fair people can have weapoin culture, so I
see nothing surprising in that announcement. And what can I say about
directing guns towards enemies, is that I believe mister Sahakyan knows
very well about who the weapon of ARF has been against over 120 years
and who it will be against if the Armenian people are under threat”.

Vahan Hovhannisyan also noted that Galust Sahakyan’s such announcements
prove that the mentality of some forces within our country can be of
real danger for our nation.

“Our constitution does not allow us eliminate that threat through
gun force and that’s why we try to do it through campaign and try to
convince to not talk gibberish”, said he.

must be compensated properly. It is not slavery. The authorities must
prevent environment pollution in order our children do not suffer
from cancer,” the oppositionist said.

government proposed to the City Hall to invest the completed building
at 72, 74 and 76 Aram Street which is considered the property of

the government decisions, the victims of the project will receive
apartments at 1/2 Tsitsernakaberd Street.

A heated discussion took place at the meeting of government. Prime
Minister Tigran Sargsyan said the problem will be solved but will not
meet their expectations. The minister of finance Vache Gabrielyan
noted that the deceived citizens will get apartments at an equal
space with the lost apartments but since the same apartments on Aram
Street were sold to several people, some of them get apartments on
Tsitsernakaberd Street.

The minister of justice said most deceived citizens have agreed to
this scheme. 35 families will get compensation for their apartments
which were demolished for eminent domain, deceived families are 37.

However, a total of 150 sales contracts have been signed.

The prime minister expressed his anger about the possibility of further
risks and asked how such cases must be prevented in the future. Deputy
Mayor Kamo Areyan rushed to inform that there are no such risks in
Yerevan any more. The ex-mayor Gagik Beglaryan, minister of transport,
interfered, saying that Areyan is lying, and there are such risks on
Main Avenue, as well as in Arabkir and other communities.

The minister of justice hurried to convince the prime minister that
citizens are cautious and will not pay for an apartment before they
get a certificate of property.

The prime minister said it is necessary to raise awareness of the
citizens to avoid transactions which are not certified by notary
public.

Note that some officials have also bought apartments at 72-80 Aram
Street. The head of the Control Service of the President Hovhannes
Hovsepyan has bought over 20 apartments in this building.
