Speaking about the Turkish-Georgian relations Russian politician
Vladimir Ivanov noted Turkey had serious reasons for arming Georgia.

The expert especially said: “Turkey is on the first place in Georgian
trade issue and wants to have its participation also in Georgian
military sphere. For example if Turks organize the classes for Georgian
officers they aim to form pro-Turkish staff.”

Commenting on the dangers for Armenia concerning this cooperation
Vladimir Ivanov said: “As many officers are educated in Turkey they
become pro-Turkish and start using Turkish formulas. And they also
support Turkish lobby in Georgia which can be dangerous for Armenia
in the future.”

An Armenian Descendant From A Family From Adana Supports Very Valuab

THE ARMENIAN DESCENDING FROM A FAMILY FROM ADANA SUPPORTS TO THE HIGHLY VALUABLE CILICIAN SERIES

With the support from Ralph Yirikian, Armenian Genocide
Museum-Institute reprinted Ferriman Duckett’s monograph on the
massacres in Adana

November 30th, 2010, Yerevan, Armenia VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of
“Mobile TeleSystems” OJSC, informs that the cooperation with the
Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute is within the special focus of
attention of VivaCell-MTS General Manager.

As part of the comprehensive efforts to have the crime committed in
the beginning of the 20th century recognized and condemned, the library
of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute has been enriched with rare
literature of high scientific interest owing also to the efforts made
by Armenia’s Leading Mobile Operator. These volumes – major sources
of testimony by eyewitnesses to massacres – are brought from a number
of countries and are the voice of both the Armenian nation and the
whole civilized world against the crimes committed against humanity.

In particular, the “Letters from Cilicia” by Alice Keep Clark, an
American missionary, is a unique primary source of the massacres of
Hatchn in 1920. VivaCell-MTS donated AMD 9 million to obtain museum
and exhibition items including books, letters, photos, etc.

With VivaCell-MTS support the funds of the library are now enriched
with around 200 pieces of museum and exhibition items.

Ralph Yirikian came up with a personal initiative to enhance the
collection of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute. The idea to
create the Cilician series is part of that initiative. The rare
monograph by Ferriman Duckett “The Young Turks and the Truth about
the Holocaust at Adana”, the first edition of which appeared in London
in 1913, is already reprinted.

“The nation that does not remember its history puts its future
under threat of non-existence. Remembering means living by creating
and by earning the right to continued existence with dignity and by
rejecting injustice. I am one of those whose roots are in Adana, who
now live also to cherish our identity, as we have an obligation to
our ancestors, ourselves and to our children to stay and contribute
to a better future of our holy land, Armenia,” said Ralph Yirikian.

For the support to the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Ralph
Yirikian was awarded with a letter of gratitude, which, was printed
on a paper made of the flowers brought to the Eternal fire of the
Genocide Memorial on April 24th.

To remind, the flowers deposed at the eternal flame of the Genocide
Memorial “revived” thanks to Sunchild Eco-club children. The flower
petals dried in special conditions and used in recycled paper turned
into nice thank you cards and memos for the Genocide Museum-Institute.

VivaCell-MTS will continue its support to the museum-institute
throughout the commemoration events on the occasion of the 100th
anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

Russia pressured Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev and other regional
leaders in 2008 to not recognize the Holodomor famine, which killed
millions in 1932-1933, as genocide against the Ukrainian people.

According to a cable from the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan,
published on Nov. 29 by WikiLeaks, Britain’s Prince Andrew, a frequent
visitor to the region, said that Aliyev had received a letter from
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev “telling him that if Azerbaijan
supported the designation of the Bolshevik artificial famine in
Ukraine as ‘genocide’ at the United Nations, ‘then you can forget
about seeing Nagorno-Karabakh ever again.'”‘

Lydian International Extends Known Mineralization At Amulsar Project

LYDIAN INTERNATIONAL EXTENDS KNOWN MINERALIZATION AT AMULSAR PROJECT IN ARMENIA

Proactive Investors USA & Canada

Nov 30 2010

Lydian International (TSX:LYD) announced Tuesday further results from
drilling at its Amulsar gold discovery in Armenia, identifying new
gold at both the Tigranes and Artavasdes resource areas.

Diamond drill hole DDA-076 intersected 89 metres at 1.9g/t gold,
including 11 metres at 5.9g/t gold and 14 metres at 3.7g/t gold.

This drill hole, Lydian said, is signficant as it extends the area
of the known high grade mineralization on the western edge of the
Tigranes resource.

At Artavasdes, drill hole DDA-67 intersected 52 metres at 1.2g/t
gold and 19 metres at 1.0g/t gold, while DDA-69, on the south east
of Artavasdes, returned 46.5 m at 1.2g/t gold.

DDA-69 is located just 100 metres south of RC hole RCA 301, which
returned 40 metres at 5.6g/t gold, as previously announced by Lydian
earlier this month.

The company said these intersections may form part of a potential
new higher grade “feeder zone” on the south east of Artavasdes.

Moreover, additional rock chip channel sampling on Artavasdes has
returned 18 metres at 1.2 g/t gold, which extends the area of known
mineralization on Artavasdes to surface, expected to be included in the
updated resource estimate planned for the first quarter of next year.

“These results will be incorporated in the modeling and resource update
work that is currently underway,” said president and CEO Tim Coughlin.

“There is a concentrated and concerted technical effort underway with
the aim being to complete and release the resource update by the end
of February next year.”

Amulsar is a high-sulfidation style gold project, which currently hosts
a CIM compliant inferred category resource of 1.4 million ounces at
0.9g/t gold.

The Amulsar group of licenses is 95% owned by Lydian’s wholly owned
Armenian subsidiary. Lydian also has a pipeline of early-stage gold
and base metal exploration projects in the Caucasus regions.

Secret cables disclosed by WikiLeaks give ground to the U.S. Hay
Dat office (Armenian cause) to assert that Turkish government used
the Armenian-Turkish protocols to suspend recognition process of the
Armenian Genocide, RFE/RL reported.

“The documents that we have looked through clearly indicate that the
Turkish government used the Armenian-Turkish protocols to suspend
recognition process of the Armenian Genocide and exert pressure to
reach pro-Azerbaijani solution to the Karabakh conflict,” spokesperson
for the U.S. office of Hay Dat Elizabeth Chuljian said in an interview
with RFE/RL. She stressed that they have been expressing concern over
the issue from the very beginning of Armenian-Turkish reconciliation
process.

She noted that Hay Dat keeps on studying details of the issued
documents anyhow concerning Armenia.

“In a document dated as of January 1, 2010 U.S. Ambassador to Turkey
James Jeffrey explains that although Turkish government promised much
concerning the protocols it is unclear whether they intend to implement
them or it is just ink on paper,” Chuljian said, adding that recent
disclosure proves Armenian-Turkish protocols should be withdrawn.

Russian President Seeks Final Document On Nagorno-Karabakh

RUSSIAN PRESIDENT SEEKS FINAL DOCUMENT ON NAGORNO-KARABAKH

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev wants a comprehensive document,
“Basic settlement principles”, to be drafted for Nagorno-Karabakh,
RF Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated in an interview with Voice
of Russia.

“Russia is assisting the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process as one of
the three OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, as well as as a nation having
especially friendly relations with both Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is personally dealing with the
issue. He has held seven or eight meetings with the Armenian and
Azerbaijani Presidents, making a most serious attempt to go deep into
the still existing disagreements and resolve them,” Lavrov said.

The Russian President’s aim is the drafting the first-ever joint
comprehensive document “Basic settlement principles” that would lay
the foundations for preparation of a peaceful agreement as a final
legally binding document. The sides reached an agreement on most of
the principles, but some serious problems remain unsettled.

“We are working in close contact with the American and French Co-Chairs
of the OSCE Minsk Group. On the threshold of the Astana Summit they
held meetings with the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders.

They were instructed to do their best to prepare a statement before
the Astana Summit that might be signed by Baku, Yerevan and the
co-chairs. I hope for success. We have lately observed relative
lull along the contact line. However, I cannot yet say that a real
breakthrough can be made in the settlement process itself at the
Astana Summit. This is very hard work. It requires the reconciliation
of sides holding diametrically opposite views. This work is not to
be in haste. If the Astana Summit facilitates progress, it will be
a serious achievement,” Lavrov said.
