World Cub Championship will be held at London Hotel in the Russian
town of Odessa with the support of Association of Professional Chess
Players in January, 2008 with the participation of sixteen greatest
chess masters. According to APA agency, the list includes Levon Aronyan
(Armenia), Vladimir Kramnik (Russia), Vishvanatan Anand (India), Vasili
Ivanchuk (the Ukraine), Peter Leko (Hungary), Alexander Morozovich
(Russia), Dmitri Yakovenko (Russia), Teimur Rajabov (Azerbaijan),
Sergei Kariakin (Russia), Alexander Shabalov (USA), Peter Svidler
(Russia), Pavel Elianov (the Ukraine) and Yevgeni Nayer (Russia). The
names of three other chess players are expected.
