The Defense Ministry of so-called Nagorno-Karabakh Republic approved
that Ambartsuman Asaturan 23, the soldier of the Armenian Armed
Forces, has passed the Azerbaijani border on 4 August, the Armenian
Mediamax reported.
The information approved that Asaturan left the military unit without
permission in uncertain conditions and passed to opposite side.
The Armenian side stated that Asaturan deviated from military service,
but later he began to serve in Nagorno-Karabakh.
Asaturan is characterized as difficult soldier, has inclination
to deviate from military service and after becoming a soldier made
mulitation and the Armenian Prosecutor General’s Office brought an
action against him.
