YEREVAN. July 3. /ARKA/. The level of life in Nagorno-Karabakh does
not cede to any other post-soviet country, reported NKR President
Arkady Ghukasyan on "Nagorno-Karabakh: prospects of settlement"
within the Summer School in Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University,
on July 1-8, 2007.

"I mean not only the material side but also the level of
democratization, formation of state structures, military efficiency
of out army," he said.

Ghukasyan believes that Karabakh has developed into a mature state
and to some extent can serve a lesson for many recognized countries.

"Everyone sees our prospects, however, recognition de jure continues
to remain the most important issue, and we will strive for that,"
he said.
