Today the National Assembly passed the amendments to two laws which
endanger RFE/RL’s further activity. This controversial government
bill can end RFE/RL’s Armenian-language broadcasts. The bill has
aroused great public concern and claims amid the opposition and mass
media.

fate.
During our previous polling we tried to find out whether Armenian
residents will vote for oppositionists’ joint candidate whoever it
might be.
59% of our respondents will vote for and 33 % against the joint
candidate.
Over 8 % couldn’t give a definite answer.
