FOREIGN MINISTER TO ASK ABOUT SEMNEBY’S VISIT’S POSTPONEMENT

Armenian foreign ministry does not have information why Peter Semneby,
EU special representative in South Caucasus, did not visit Nagorno
Karabakh despite of his plans. Armenian foreign minister, Vartan
Oskanyan, said today he had no chance to clarify the issue. He also
told Regnum that he will meet Semneby shortly in Brussels and will
ask about the reasons. NKR President Arkadi Ghukasyan has also said
Semneby’s advisers have assured Semneby will visit Stepanakert.
