Forces General Staff, May 2 Ohanyan received an appropriate proposal
and gave his consent. Designations for the post of NKR Defense Army
Minister are not discussed yet.

April 29 Armenian Foreign Minister Mikael Harutyunyan paid a visit
to Stepanakert to meet with NKR President Arkady Ghukasyan and other
