Safar Abiev, Defense Minister of Azerbaijan, on a meeting with
Peter Rodman, councilor to US Defence Minister, said that "it is
time to demand from Armenia to leave the occupied lands". "Novosti
Azerbaijan" website informs that the Azeri minister added that neither
the Kocharian-Aliev meetings nor all the efforts of the OSCE Minsk
Group have had any effect on the peace process on Nagorno-Karabakh.
