`By introducing the Armenian Genocide recognition bill in the US
Congress, for the recurrent time US Congressmen elected from regions
mainly populated by Armenians wish to raise their rating,’ Head of the
Press and Information Policy Department of Azeri MFA Tahir Tagizadeh
told Trend agency, commenting on the introduction of the Armenian
