GUAM OPPOSE TO NK’S CONSTITUTIONAL REFERENDUM

The Brussels sitting of GUAM (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Moldova)
Foreign Ministers’ Council ended by a statement in which along
with other issues GUAM touched upon constitutional referendum in
Karabakh labeling it as "violation of the Azerbaijani constitution,
international laws and principles".

Moreover, GUAM Foreign Ministers voiced concern about the
constitutional referendum violating the present peace process.
