OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs gave a negative response to Garabagh’s
Azerbaijani community’s appeal for visiting occupied Azerbaijani
territories, Nizami Bahmanov, Azerbaijani community head told
journalists, APA reports.
“We offered co-chairs to go to our lands together to hold
negotiations. Our proposal is still in power, but co-chairs fear it.
The reason is unknown,” he said.
