Armenian national team gymnast Hamlet Manukyan has won gold in the pommel horse final at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Manukyan scored 15.300 points to become world champion for the first time in history. He is the first Armenian gymnast to win a gold medal in the pommel horse event at the World Championships.
Mamikon Khachatryan, who also represented Armenia in the final, scored 15.000 points to win the bronze medal.
