Պարագլուխն ասում է, թե իբր տխրահռչակ Ալմա Աթայի հռչակագրի կիրառման համար պետք է օգտագործվեն ԽՍՀՄ-ի փլուզման պահին գոյություն ունեցած՝ իրավաբանորեն հիմնավորված քարտեզներն ու փաստաթղթերը։
Դե թող պատասխանի՝ այդ ո՞ր փաստաթուղթն է հաստատում, թե Տիգրանաշենի տարածքը չի մտնում Հայաստանի՝ իր իսկ հռչակած 29,743 քառ. կմ-ի մեջ։
Ի վերջո, իր այդքան սիրելի Ալմա Աթայի հռչակագրում ո՛չ 29,743 քառ. կմ թիվ կա, և ո՛չ էլ որևէ քարտեզ։
