According to the decision of the anti-corruption court, on the basis of the petition of the General Prosecutor’s Office, “Araratcement” was handed over to the RA government, represented by the Ministry of Economy.
Minister Gevorg Papoyan conveyed the information.
He also elaborated:
“During the month of July, according to the established procedure, the manager of Araratcement will be appointed.
Until then, I urge all employees of the company to perform their work conscientiously and responsibly, so that in the future there are no grounds for dismissal or administrative and criminal liability in accordance with the law.
All the employees who know their work, perform their work conscientiously and dutifully will continue to work.”
