“If the US President’s recent threats regarding attacks on the infrastructures of the Islamic Republic of Iran by the US Army are carried out, then everything that has remained unharmed due to Iran’s restraint, i.e. the entire infrastructure of the region, will be destroyed by the powerful strikes of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic in such a way that not even a trace of it will remain, as if it had never happened,” said the statement of the press service of the army, the content of which was quoted by the Iranian “Fars” agency.
According to the statement, the Strait of Hormuz is a red line for Iran, and the country will not allow the US to interfere in its management.
Earlier, Trump threatened to destroy Iran’s infrastructure, but announced his willingness to reach a deal.
