The preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings regarding the multi-crime crimes committed by persons with the highest status of the criminal hierarchy and those related to them has been completed in the Department of Investigation of Crimes Against Humanity of the Main Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee.

In particular, on the basis of the evidence obtained as a result of the large-scale operational operations carried out by the investigative team as part of the criminal proceedings, as well as the operative and investigative measures, attempted murder, murder preparation, robbery by a group of persons with prior consent, house burglaries, illegal sale of firearms, destruction of large-scale property of others by means of arson, possession of large-scale narcotics for the purpose of sale, kidnapping of a person with prior consent by a group of persons, hooliganism with the use of weapons. to initiate public criminal prosecution against 15 persons a motion was filed with the supervising prosecutor, which was granted.
Detention was applied to 9 out of 15 persons as a preventive measure, and alternative preventive measures were applied to the others.
The criminal proceedings were sent with the indictment to the supervising prosecutor with a request to send it to the court for confirmation and examination.
Notice: the person accused of a crime is considered innocent until his guilt is proven in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of Criminal Procedure by a legally binding court verdict.
