Aliyev did not remove the “Khojalu Genocide” issue from the political agenda. Who are they?

June 29 we reported that the representatives of non-governmental organizations of Azerbaijan, relatives of “Khojalu Genocide victims”, relatives of victims and dead from explosions of “Armenian mines” published an open letterthat international initiatives should not make Ruben Vardanyan look like a victim.

Note that:  Former Minister of State of Artsakh Ruben Vardanyan yesterday to be condemned is 20 years in prison, the Baku state prosecutor, however, demanded life imprisonment. Ruben Vardanyan, who has never held a military position, was found guilty by the Baku court of a number of crimes, including the war against Azerbaijan, financing terrorism, creating and leading illegal armed groups, etc.

As we mentioned above, the letter was signed by relatives of the “Khojalu Genocide victims” and public figures accusing the Armenian side of this.

What this means is that Azerbaijan is not going to remove the issue of international recognition of the “Khojalu Genocide” from its political agenda, which Nikol Pashinyan’s government is trying to do in the case of the 1915 Armenian Genocide by Ottoman Turkey and the war crimes committed by Azerbaijan in our days.

In other words, we are dealing with a non-mirror situation again, and Azerbaijan’s political and social struggle against Armenia has not ended, be it “Khojalu Genocide”, “Ganja events” or the return of “Western Azerbaijanis”, because, for example, the open letter mentioned above is not actually against Ruben Vardanyan, but against Armenia and the former presidents, Ruben Vardanyan did not play any role during the First War, right?
