• There is no road from Shirak region to Turkey and there has never been. The connection with Turkey is only by railway: Gyumri-Akhurik-Akyaka-Kars. But the issue is not even the road. the Turks generally have no intention of opening the Armenian-Turkish border:

And he got that number by a simple mathematical calculation.

• If PAP enters the parliament, it is very important to take parliamentary mandates, but if PAP does not pass, and other forces do what the opposition MPs did during the 8th convocation of the National Assembly, then taking mandates is not right. When taking a mandate, you must have a plan. Failure to do so would somewhat delegitimize Parliament. You have to tell Nicole all the time, you You don’t have 50% 1, you’re not legit like he does. This is called drip diplomacy.

• Finances in Nikoli’s Armenia should be in the hands of people who will meekly fulfill the demands of Baku and Ankara.

Let’s remember that after the war, the partisans were hiding in the crevices, they came out like mushrooms after Putin’s infamous statement when he said: “Никол Воваевич не предатель”. I understand that any country has its interests, and that’s normal, and we should have our interests, but the most important question here is: we can criticize everyone, but we also understand that Russia and Iran have vital interests here, and it is in Russia and Iran’s best interest to have a strong Armenia. 

Thinking about its fate, let Russia think about us a little. Does Russia think about itself? I just mentioned what will happen to Russia as a result of the same neo-panturanism and neo-pan-Ottomanism policy and the Western patronage behind it. Well, let Russia, thinking a little about itself, also think about the Armenian people, because we really haven’t been bad during these 200 years.

How did the same French take the mandate that they should form an independent Armenian state in Cilicia, they ran away in the end, sold out in the fall of 1921, signed a secret agreement with the Turks in Ankara and left.
