The working meeting of the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Hikmet Hajiyev, and the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, held in Dilijan, as well as its possible impact on regional processes and the negotiation agenda, became a separate topic of discussion.
