The department of confiscation of property of illegal origin of the General Prosecutor’s Office submitted a request to the court to confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia from Ruben Garniki Hovsepyan, former head of the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan, former deputy of the RA National Assembly, and his related persons:


3 real estates, 2 of them in Yerevan city, 1 in Artashavan settlement of Ashtarak community.
1 vehicle.
Participation in 1 legal entity.
236 million 827 thousand drams as the balance of illegal funds.
