Earlier, during the press conference called at the beginning of this year, Suren Papikyan also proudly noted that in 2025, the capital expenditures of the Ministry of Defense amounted to more than 57 billion 702 million drams.

“Capital expenditures in 2018 amounted to about 17 billion 718 million drams, and I will talk about the capital expenditures of the Ministry of Defense in 2025, which amounted to 57 billion 702 million 154 thousand drams.
