As reported by the Committee, Further, A.M. using the false decisions, on November 25, 2021, acquired ownership rights to 8 plots of land, and V.A., as a result of using the real estate donation contracts signed between him and A.M. on December 15, acquired ownership rights to 8 real estates for 4 million 250 thousand 400 AMD, stealing by fraud plots of land.

In addition, V.A. also drew up measurement plans of the mentioned plots dated September 13, 2021, in which false entries were made in the place intended for the approval of the head of the Gülagarak community. In particular, in front of the name of M.G., who is not the head of the community at the moment, a signature was made and the stamp of the office of the municipality of Gyulagarak was placed instead of the stamp of the head of the same community.

During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings, a public criminal prosecution was initiated against V.A. under Article 255, Part 2, Clause 3 (large scale fraud) and Article 457, Part 1 (forging documents, stamps, seals, forms) of the Criminal Code. using).
