According to the architect, after April 24, other buildings will also be renovated.

As for the renovation of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, the architect said that the roof is being repaired, the front part is being cleaned from salting. On April 24, those works will be completed, as a part of the roof is being done, it will be completely sewn later.

It should be noted that the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute was opened in 1995, during the 80th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. The architects of the museum-institute are Sashur Kalashyan, Artur Tarkhanyan, the sculptor is Ferdinand Arakelyan.

The construction of the Armenian Genocide Memorial was completed in 1967, the opening took place on November 29 of the same year, during the Soviet rule, when the national ideology, including the mention of the Armenian Genocide, was rejected.
