What will happen to the family budget if gas goes from $600 to $3,500?

I want to put aside all the political nuances of the Putin-Pashinyan conversation and focus only on the topic of gas. Why only this topic…

The experience of the last 7-8 years has shown that, unfortunately, our society (as in the vast majority of other countries) has become consumerist. In the conditions of the created reality, it makes no sense to talk about higher matter… That’s why let’s return to the topic of gas. I will ask our economists to explain to our population clearly, without jargon, with concrete numbers and examples, what will happen to their family budget if gas becomes, for example, not $600, but $3,500.

In that case, how much will the average Armenian have to pay for his utilities, how much will the price of bread, the price of eggs, the price of vegetables and fruits grown in greenhouses increase, how much will logistics costs, construction and household goods prices increase, and accordingly, how much will the minimum consumer basket be in that case…

By the way, don’t read idiotic theses “we will buy gas from Azerbaijan”, “Iran will give us gas”. Let me say at once. Azerbaijan sells to the world not its own, but Russian gas (Azerbaijan’s gas reserves do not even meet its own requirements), but I am not the one to say what the situation is with Iran.
