Based on political priorities, the government is targeting Artsakh residents at this stage, and at another stage it may also attack people living in different regions of the Republic of Armenia.
It depends on what the narrow-party agenda of the regime entails, what demands are made from Baku and Ankara, and what it will give the government from the point of view of political calculations.
The problem here is not the people of Artsakh. every Armenian who is ready to defend his land, the right to fight and sanctities can be targeted at any moment.
