Today Grand Master of Armenia Lilit Lazarian played a draw with
ex-World Champion Maya Chiburdanidze of Georgia in the first round
of the “Ural Cup – 2006” international chess tournament held in
Krasnoturinsk, Russia.12 leading woman chess players are participating
in the tournament, including ex-World Champion Antonetta Stefanova
of Bulgaria, Chzyu Chen of Qatar and Viktoria Chmilite of Lithuania.
