COOPERATION BETWEEN RA AND NKR URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS TO DEEPEN
STEPANAKERT, JULY 14, NOYAN TAPAN. On July 13, NKR President Arkady
Ghukasian received the delegation of RA Urban Development Ministry
led by Minister Aram Haroutiunian that was in NKR on a cognitive visit.
Prospects of extending cooperation in the sphere of capital
construction between the respective departments of the two republics
were touched upon during the conversation. A.Ghukasian mentioned
issues of importing modern construction technologies and training
skilled specialists as the most important direction of cooperation.
