Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan issued over the Day of Constitution
celebrated July 5. “The Organic Law helped to realize the fundamental
principles of independent Armenia and was the guarantor of its
progress. In the hardest times the Constitution was the basis of
sustainable development and independence of the Armenian state,”
the message says, reported the RA government’s press office.
