OTE MAY SELL ITS SHARE OF “ARMENTEL” COMPANY

The sitting of the general assembly of the OTE Company – the owner of
90 percent of “ArmenTel” shares – will be held today in Athens. The
Assembly may possibly take the decision to sell its share of the
monopolist company of Armenia’s telecommunications. Eight Companies
have applied to purchase “ArmenTel” shares.
