The European Union welcomes the sustained engagement of the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in the four-day talks in Washington, ARMENPRESS reports, the EU special representative in the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, wrote on his “Twitter” page. He emphasized that progress can be achieved only through dialogue.
